provides web hosting and maintenance, remote application
monitoring and support, UNIX and windows system administration
services, database development and administration and remote
maintenance, backup and recovery services and maintenance of
existing systems.
We worked with a leading insurance firm to remotely monitor
and maintain their databases from our data center. We also
worked with Loudcloud as their DB2 remote services partner for
a few of their accounts.
We also host and manage web services and solutions for a
couple of financial services firms, from our Austin Data
Center.
Application Development Services
We have partnered with several of our clients to build, deploy
and maintain custom business applications – either onsite,
offsite or offshore. Often, we have been involved with the
design and architecture, making us an extended software
development partner to the client.
Our specific expertise has been across multiple technologies
and platforms – ranging from UNIX to Windows systems, and both
Microsoft and Java development environments as well as
multiple databases including Oracle,
DB2, Sybase and SQL Server.
We have considerable experience working with cash management
systems, bill payment software integration and e-commerce
applications and our team has the requisite exposure to
banking and finance business knowledge to be able to
understand, design and architect your new applications.
Our portfolio includes legacy migration, integration and
business intelligence solutions – giving us the background to
extend to CRM and other customized and personalized web front
end solutions as well as decision support systems and analysis
solutions.
